At QuranandQuran we put every customer first, that is why we have formulated a refund policy in case of our clients not being satisfied with us. You will be pleased to know that we offer complete refund within the first 120 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with something like the course material, teachers and timings. You can ask for a refund anytime within the first 120 days after your purchase.
Filing a Complaint:
At QuranandQuran we take every customer’s feedback and complaints seriously, if you have any complaint regarding anything at QuranandQuran, please contact us immediately explaining your problem and we will get back to you as soon as we can and fix your problem .
Eligibility for Refund:
You are only eligible for a refund if you haven’t completed the first 120 days after your purchase.
QuranandQuran reserves all the rights to review the refund request and in case of any discrepancy on the side of the client, we can deny the refund request but with proper reason as to why the refund was rejected.
Repeated cancellation of classes on your end also makes you not eligible for refund as the discrepancy is on your side.
